Question 1

Does the Lock Screen update on its own?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once you set an Ink wallpaper, the calendar on it refreshes with your schedule - you don't need to open the app to see today.

Question 2

Which calendars does Ink read?

Accepted Answer

Apple Calendar and Google Calendar, plus your Reminders and tasks. Grant access once and existing events appear straight away.

Question 3

Can I use my own photos as the background?

Accepted Answer

Any image from your library works. You can adjust the dim level so the calendar stays readable over a busy photo, or start from one of the built-in templates instead.

Question 4

How does the Assistant work?

Accepted Answer

Type or say what you're planning - "dentist Tuesday at 4, remind me an hour before" - and Assistant creates the event with its reminder, repeat rule and notes, then puts it on your Lock Screen.

Question 5

What is the priority matrix?

Accepted Answer

A four-quadrant task board: Do now, Plan, Delegate and Drop. You can rename, recolour and re-icon each quadrant so it matches how you actually sort work.

Question 6

Can I get reminders before an event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Set a heads-up 5 or 15 minutes ahead when you create the event, and tap the notification to jump straight to your calendar.

Question 7

Is my calendar data sent anywhere?

Accepted Answer

No. Ink processes calendar data on your device to draw the wallpaper. It isn't collected, stored on our servers, or tracked.

Question 8

Do I have to pay?

Accepted Answer

No. Ink is free to download and the core calendar wallpaper works without a subscription. Pro unlocks the full template library and the advanced styling controls.

Question 9

What do I need to run it?

Accepted Answer

An iPhone or iPad on iOS 17 or later, or an Android phone.

Question 10

How do I cancel a subscription?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are handled by the store you bought through. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel there; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.

Question 11

Something's broken - how do I reach you?

Accepted Answer

Email support@silverai.com with your device model and OS version, and a screenshot if the problem is visual. That gets to the team that builds Ink.
